LiveAnew was proud to present the first webinar in our Lunch and Learn Webinar Series.  This series of webinars is focused on topics that create more wellness and well-being in our lives and are available to any employee of corporations that partner with LiveAnew free of charge.

"Are You Digging Your Grave With Your Fork" focused on nutrition and the ways in which we can make better choices in our diets to increase health, lose weight, and prevent chronic disease. The information was simple, easy to understand, and attendees walked away with real tools and ideas to start making better choices immediately.

Lunch and Learn Webinars are designed for the busy person to take 20-30 minutes and join into the informative discussion right from their own computer.  Check our website for a list of upcoming webinars.
