Level 3: Vital Engagement

Vital Engagement

Vital engagement is a connection to employee strengths and values, and an expanded viewpoint of wellness that includes things like volunteerism and learning as a part of a program. In addition, this encompasses a supportive wellness social community that is utilized by both the company and the employees. We want the employee to participate, not because they’ve been told to, but because they want to.

The Challenge

As a whole, vital engagement does not exist, or is not organized in a relevant manner inside most companies.
